The “Quarto Centenario” celebrates the 400 years of the Giusti family production. This long aged balsamic has a deeply aromatic flavor, with scents of ripe fruits, it is accompanied by notes of tobacco, roasted coffee and hints of wood.

Ageing: In series of antique small casks, dating back to the 19th century. Extracted once a year in a limited quantity
