HOW TO COOK
Drain the pasta two minutes 2 prior to its cook time, add it to the sauce and mix in a pan together over high heat. Add a drizzle of extravirgin olive oil and half a ladle of the starchy water of the pasta; starch water gives your sauce a good consistency and keeps your pasta moist. Keep heating the pasta and sauce together until the mix is perfectly cooked..
Grate a handful of cheese before serving.
Do not put cold sauce directly on hot pasta, warm it up using the bain-marie technique.
Storage: refrigerate after opening, it needs to be consumed within 5 days.
