A delicious, colourful recipe with a highly appealing mixture of vegetables in large chunks.It is marinated in a flavoursome sweet and sour liquid that is bursting with character. The vegetables are subsequently preserved in extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil. Exceptional with traditional cured meats.
Ingredients: carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, cauliflowers, fennel, celery, salad onions, red onions, string beans, white wine vinegar, water, sugar, Cervia salt, extra virgin olive oil and organic sunflower oil.
