Our Pistachio pesto is made with more than 45% finest quality Raffadali pistachios. It is ideal on pasta, savoury bruschetta or delicious second courses.
This Pistachio pesto can be used to elevate any dish: it can be served directly on the plate or it can be used to add flavour to sauteed onions, bacon and cooking cream to make a delicious Pistachio sauce.
Prepared with simple and tasty ingredients: it is made with ground pistachios, salt, oil and a pinch of pepper.
